This is a cake roll with a story: the child likes to eat kiwi, so he wants to make a kiwi cake roll for him to taste. I found a recipe that many people think is good on the Internet. The amount of powder in this recipe Quite a lot, but there is no oil, I was a little worried, so I wanted to add corn oil and try it~ When all the ingredients were prepared together and ready to start, I found that the low-level powder at home was not enough. I thought there was still a bag of original Flour; there’s no way to try the temporary remedy for the first time: mix 40 grams of cornstarch and 40 grams of high-gluten flour into low-gluten flour~ I also took a lot of trouble to make matcha spots to prepare the cake rolls; but I don’t know if the flour is mixed, or The baking time is too short, the formula is changed, and it is not so cool. Anyway, the baked result is: a beautiful cake, the problem appears when the oil paper is torn upside down, it is very sticky, and the tearing spots are damaged a lot, so I have to give up the spots. Noodles~ Let’s just use the front: When I turned the cake back, I found that the baked noodles were still very beautiful just now, and some of them were stuck on the oil paper to become "painted faces". I was almost fainted with breath. I wiped out all the baking noodles, and the result was a kiwi cake roll like this~~~

Kiwi Cake Roll

1. Prepare all materials

2. Pour in 40 grams of cornstarch

3. Then pour in 40 grams of high-gluten flour

4. Repeated sieving 2~3 times for standby

5. Add sugar to the egg yolk, mix and mix well

6. Add milk and mix well

7. Sift in the mixed powder and stir until there are no particles

8. Add corn oil

9. Stir until thick and smooth

10. Add a little salt and lemon juice to the egg whites

11. Add sugar in three times and beat until neutral foaming

12. Take 1/3 of the egg white paste into the egg yolk bowl

13. Mix up and down evenly

14. Go back to the egg white bowl

15. Also use a spatula to mix up and down until thick and smooth, preheat the oven: 160 degrees, up and down, 10 minutes

16. Take a little cake batter and matcha powder, mix well, squeeze into the baking tray, bake at 160 degrees for 2 minutes, take out

17. Then pour all the cake batter into the mold and shake it lightly to produce large bubbles

18. Put it into the middle and lower layer of the preheated oven: 160 degrees, upper and lower fire, bake for 12-15 minutes

19. Peel and diced kiwi fruit

20. Time is up, take out the baking tray

21. Turn upside down, gently lift the bottom oily paper while it is hot, then turn it over and let it cool

22. Add sugar to the whipped cream and beat until grainy

23. Then put the cake upside down on a clean greased paper, spread the cream, and put the kiwi fruit

24. Roll up gently and set for about 30 minutes

Tips:

1. The method of using half corn starch and half high-gluten flour = low-gluten flour is an emergency. Normally, it is more appropriate to buy ready-made low-gluten flour.
2. Try not to change the original formula without authorization, unless you are sure after many experiments, then decide
3. The baking time and temperature have to be determined by the situation of your own oven
