Weigh all materials.

The butter softens at room temperature.

Add icing sugar and stir evenly with an egg beater to prevent spraying when whisking.

Beat until the powdered sugar is evenly mixed.

Add the egg liquid in three times. Beat until it melts each time, and then add.

Dispense until the color turns white and feels loose.

Sift in low powder.

Mix well with a spatula.

Knead into a ball.

It is divided into three groups: large, medium and small groups.

Add cocoa powder to the smallest lumps and mix well with a spatula.

Add low-powder powder in the middle group and matcha powder in the large group. Mix the three balls well.

First squeeze the middle dough into a round strip, about 25cm in length. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 5 minutes.

Then roll the matcha dough into a 25cm✖️9cm rectangle.

Take out the frozen low flour dough and place it in the center.

Wrap up. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 5 minutes.

Finally, roll the cocoa dough into a 25cm✖️15cm rectangle.

Wrap the cylindrical dough before.

Continue to freeze in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until hard.

Take out and evenly cut into slices about 0.3cm thick.

Place it on greased paper and brush with a layer of egg wash.

Put black sesame seeds on top.

Move to the baking tray, put it in the oven, middle level, up and down, 170 degrees, about 20 minutes.
