Kiwi Lemon Juice with Vitamin C

Prepare the materials.

After peeling 1 and a half kiwi fruit, cut into pieces for later use, and cut the remaining kiwi fruit into slices about 2 mm thick.

Tips:
Kiwifruit is cold in nature, and pregnant women with weak spleen and stomach functions should not eat it frequently to avoid abdominal pain and diarrhea. Be sure not to drink milk or other dairy products immediately after eating kiwi to avoid abdominal distension and diarrhea.
