The kiwis I bought this time were sweeter, with a little sourness. I felt a bit monotonous when I was eating it. I just mashed it into juice and added gelatin slices to make a pudding. It was ice-cold. It was a good snack.

Kiwi Pudding

1. The ingredients are ready, soak the gelatine tablets in clear water for a while

2. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces, put it in a juicer and add cold water to squeeze it into juice

3. Pour the kiwi juice into the pot, add the sugar, slowly heat it on a low fire, cook until the sugar is completely melted, and then put the gelatin slices

4. After the gelatine slices have melted, turn off the heat, let cool, pour the cool juice into a container, and refrigerate for 3-5 hours.

Tips:

Remember to turn on a low heat when cooking, and stir while cooking to prevent the sugar from sticking out and having a bitter taste.
