Knife Sliced Noodles in Chicken Broth
1.
Cut fresh chicken breasts into thin slices with an oblique knife.
2.
Put the cooking wine, a small amount of sugar and white pepper, and grab it with your hands. Then put a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, an egg white, a little salt and a little vegetable oil. Marinate for about twenty minutes.
3.
Heat the pan, pour a little oil, add the chicken and fry until the color changes. Add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.
4.
Cook for two or three minutes, when the soup thickens, turn off the heat.
5.
The chicken is ready.
6.
After the purchased noodles are cooked, top with chicken and sauce, add a little vinegar and chili oil.
Tips:
The chicken itself has very little oil, so the noodles are not greasy at all. The chicken is marinated, very tasty, and the meat is very tender.
