Kobuma Balls Yaki
1.
First, beat an egg into egg liquid, brush a little oil in a pan, and spread it into egg skins
2.
The spread egg skin is cut out with a small round mold, then cut into half, and the bear's ears are decorated. In this step, any rice ball mold can be used.
3.
The second step is to decorate the bear's mouth, and use a piece of cheese to print it out. The part I used to force is the cat mold glasses part.
4.
Then, let's make the protagonist, bear head. 180 grams of glutinous rice flour + 8 grams of sugar, mix well.
5.
Slowly add 150ml warm water
6.
Make the dough by hand.
7.
Take 30 grams of noodles and knead them into an oval shape.
8.
The ears are two 2g round balls, press lightly to fit the oval shape.
9.
This recipe can make 10 bear heads.
10.
Boil the water in the pot, cook the bear head until the bear head floats, and then cook for half a minute. Just fish it out. After drying, use bamboo skewers to string together 2 bear heads per string.
11.
Mix the sauce: 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 4 spoons of brown sugar, 4 spoons of water, 1 spoon of starch, 1 spoon of mirin
12.
The sauce is thick and viscous over a low heat, then turn off the heat.
13.
Using a brush, brush the sauce all over the bear head skewers and place them on the plate.
14.
Glue the nose part and ear part.
15.
The eyes and nose of the bear are mixed with a little cocoa powder and water, drawn with a toothpick, and the balls are ready to be burned.
