Konjac Roast Duck

Prepare duck meat, konjac and green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili

Boil the water, blanch the duck and konjac separately
3.
Boiled duck and konjac in cold water
4.
Heat a pan with cold oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and watercress and stir fry

Pour the duck meat and stir-fry until it's half cooked, then add some beer

Pour the konjac and stir fry

Add cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices
