Konjac Shredded Pork Dumplings

1. Material preparation

2. Wheat flour noodles with warm water

3. Knead into dough for later use

4. Peel and chop scallions

5. Minced meat, add salt, pepper, ginger powder, green onions, oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce 10ml water

6. Mix well and set aside

7. Wash the konjac silk

8. Chopped and set aside

9. Minced meat and konjac shreds, mix well and set aside

10. Knead a long strip of dough

11. Cut into even size

12. Roll into thin slices

13. Unpack

14. Squeeze from the end

15. Pack up and spare
