Wash the ingredients

The chicken I bought online, because one bag is 120 grams, so this is the amount for three people. Wash the bean sprouts well.

Cut off the dirty side of the enoki mushroom, and then wash it!

Cut the leeks into sections, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into the picture

Rub the carrots into silk with home tools!

I bought a fried chicken chop. Just add some water to fry in the pancake stall. Healthier!

Fried eggs during the process of boiling carrots, leeks, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and bean sprouts. I originally wanted to use spinach but I didn’t buy spinach. Instead of using leeks, it tasted good.

The chicken chop was torn into strips. My parents don't like to eat single-sided fried eggs, so only my single-sided fried!

The ingredients are controlled in clean water and placed on top of the rice, and the eggs are also placed!

Add the sauce and start mixing! Don't forget to add some sesame oil before mixing! Taste better!
Tips:
For boiled various ingredients, it is better to put enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms at the end to be healthier. If there is spinach, put spinach at the end to cook the healthiest!
The amount of ingredients is for one person, but the picture shows the amount for me and my parents! Please master the amount by yourself!
