Korean Cold Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients.

Add light soy sauce, white vinegar, white sugar to the beef broth, add a small amount of salt and chicken essence, and finally add an appropriate amount of Sprite and keep it in the refrigerator for later use.

Soak the cold soba noodles half an hour in advance to soften.
