Korean Cold Noodles (beef Soup + Sprite Edition)

Soak cold noodles in cold water for half an hour, and separate the sticking noodles to make sure that each noodle is fully soaked in water

Tips:
If there is no braised beef, beef broth: After the beef is blanched, put the beef into the pot in cold water, add ginger, green onion, cooking wine, nutmeg, star anise, grass fruit, pepper, boil over high heat, medium and low heat for 30 minutes. Remove the beef and let the beef broth cool, or put it in the refrigerator to cool.
