Korean Food-spicy Whitebait in Korean Sauce~

First, mix the hot sauce, syrup and other seasonings, and set aside.

Wash the small whitebait and dry it (I wiped it with kitchen paper), wash and shred the green and red peppers.

Add oil to the pot and heat it up.

Add the small whitebait, stir fry, turn golden slightly, and serve.

Add the hot sauce prepared in step 1 to the pot, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.

Add the small whitebait and stir fry evenly.

After the whitebait is cooked, add green and red chili shreds and stir fry twice, turn off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and cook out (there are sesame seeds in the house, omit ~).

Tips:
1. When the small fish is fried, the fire can be a little longer and longer, so that the fried fish will be more burnt (mine is not a real small whitebait, the real one should be longer, and there are more thinner than mine, In short, the time of frying depends on the size of the fish);
2. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili noodles during frying~ it's very fragrant.
