Korean Fried Chicken

Wash the roots of the chicken wings, add salt and black pepper sauce and mix well.

Pour the milk and marinate for 1 hour.

After marinating, pour out the milk, beat in an egg and stir well, add the flour in three times, and finally fill each chicken wing with flour.

Mix the fried chicken powder ingredients and set aside.

Mix the sauce ingredients well and set aside.

Dip the chicken wings with fried chicken powder one by one.

Placed on the fried net covered with tin foil.

The air frying oven selects the air frying function to preheat at 180 degrees in advance, and fry for 20 minutes.

In the middle of 10 minutes, take it out and turn it over and put it back in to fry.

Pour the sauce into the pan to make it thick, then pour in the fried chicken wings and stir fry until each chicken wing is covered with the sauce.

Serve out the plate.
Tips:
1. The ACA North American Electric EAF-18A air fryer oven I use, the temperature and time of other ovens or air fryer should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
2. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
