Korean Fried Rice Cake

Prepare the ingredients, wash the cabbage, and tear it into small pieces by hand. I should use the original rice cake, but I only have this kind of rice cake. The finished picture was taken before.

Cut carrots and onions into strips, cut green onions into sections, cut thick slices of fish tofu, and chop garlic.

Add two cups of water to the fish tofu and boil, remove the fish tofu. If you have some, you can put in several pieces of kelp and cook together.

Add the hot sauce and stir well.

Add chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, garlic.

Add rice cakes, cabbage, onions, carrots, and cook until the rice cakes become soft, about 5 minutes.

Add fish tofu and green onions, and cook for another minute.
8.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
