Korean Fried Rice Cake

Disassemble the bagged rice cakes and divide them into pieces to prevent them from sticking together after heating.

Put a little corn oil in the pot and throw in the rice cakes

While heating up, stir fry the rice cakes repeatedly to avoid sticking to the pan. When you see a bit of softness, put a spoonful and a half of Korean hot sauce

Put 20 grams of water and stir the sauce. I like the sweet taste and add 5 grams of white sugar, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes

See that the moisture is almost dried up, put it on a plate, and sprinkle some fried white sesame seeds on top.
