Korean Garlic Grilled Pork Ribs

Fresh ribs, the ones with full meat quality are better

Cut the ribs into 5 cm long pieces, soak in clean water for 20 minutes to remove blood

Pour the Korean barbecue sauce into the ribs, add cooking wine, massage the ribs with your hands to make it evenly absorb the sauce

Mince garlic and add to the ribs, mix well. Ribs marinated for more than 2 hours
