I came back from Korea and bought various sauces. Thinking that the miso soup tastes good and the operation is simple, it is suitable for novices.

Korean Miso Soup

1. Wash all the ingredients first and get ready.

2. I soak the clams in the water ahead of time and let them spit sand.

3. I didn't use all the tofu, I cut it in half. I cut the cayenne pepper in pieces, and you can also cut into shreds! If there is no green onion, I use green onions, but I can use it for Titian. Sliced pork belly, it tastes more delicious. Cut the seafood mushrooms in half for a delicious taste.

4. The green onion, ginger, and garlic are sautéed together with the sliced meat.

5. Save a few slices of meat in the pan, and save them for stir-fry with the green peppers. Stir-fry until slightly cooked and fragrant.

6. Then put the zucchini, seafood mushrooms, sliced meat, clams, and potatoes into the pot, add the big sauce, and cook!

7. I use this kind of Korean soybean paste, which tastes very good and very rich.

8. You can cook it in about a quarter of an hour! Delicious!

Tips:

If you like spicy food, add chili powder or use spicy Korean sauce. See personal preference. I used seafood mushrooms, which tasted fresher. It can also be replaced with enoki mushrooms.
