Korean Miso Soup

Wash all the ingredients first and get ready.

I soak the clams in the water ahead of time and let them spit sand.

I didn't use all the tofu, I cut it in half. I cut the cayenne pepper in pieces, and you can also cut into shreds! If there is no green onion, I use green onions, but I can use it for Titian. Sliced pork belly, it tastes more delicious. Cut the seafood mushrooms in half for a delicious taste.

The green onion, ginger, and garlic are sautéed together with the sliced meat.

Tips:
If you like spicy food, add chili powder or use spicy Korean sauce. See personal preference. I used seafood mushrooms, which tasted fresher. It can also be replaced with enoki mushrooms.
