Korean Pan-fried Cowboy Ribs

Cowboy bones, thawed, washed, and dried with kitchen paper

This is the Korean-style marinated meat sauce that I use. It contains 20% pear juice, so the meat is very tender.

Poke small holes in the meat with a fork to make it delicious

Spread the meat evenly on both sides with the sauce and marinate for two hours

I use a frying pan, first heat the frying pan
6.
Put the meat directly on one side for about 1-2 minutes, depending on the taste you like

Turn it over and you can see the beautiful lines

I cut them into pieces directly with scissors, and just put them on the plate.
