Lazy Version of Homemade Marinade Pan-fried Cowboy Bones
1.
After thawing the cowboy bones, wash them several times with clean water to remove the blood, and beat the meat back and forth with the back of a knife to help the meat become softer and easier to chew
2.
Use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water on the surface, soak the cowboy bones in the prepared marinated dishes for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight
3.
You can add more black pepper to taste better
4.
Strawberry wine is homemade. You can also use wine. Chop the onion together with strawberry wine, black pepper, vegetable oil, and soy sauce in a blender to make a juice.
5.
Put butter and a little vegetable oil
6.
Fry in the pan
7.
Turn over and fry in a minute
8.
Fry until the sauce has begun to stick to the cowboy bones, and the cowboy bones will darken and you can get out of the pan.
