Pan-fried Cowboy Ribs

Defrosting cowboy bones in advance

Put a little olive oil on the frying pan

Add the cowboy bones and fry slowly over medium-low heat

Fry one side and then fry the other side

The scabs on the surface will be fine after turning it twice

Tips:
Fried beef with butter will be more delicious, so I am losing weight so I put in olive oil which is good for health.
