Compared to steak, I prefer to eat beef ribs, because the boned meat is more tender and delicious!

Ingredients

Pan-fried Cowboy Ribs

1. Cowboy bones thaw.

2. Add salt, light soy sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch, and marinate for one hour.

3. Melt the butter.

4. Fry the cowboy ribs on high fire until golden on both sides.

5. Fried fragrant side dishes.

6. Serve and enjoy.

Tips:

Frying beef ribs takes less time than steaks, because beef ribs are thinner than steaks. Fried beef ribs can lock the moisture and make the taste more tender.
