Korean Roast Beef

Snow beef soaked in blood water → cut into 1mm thin slices in reverse pattern → add Korean barbecue sauce and mix well → marinate for 2 hours to taste. Cut onion into thin slices.

Put olive oil in the baking dish → add onion shreds and stir fry.

Wait until the onion shreds start to soften → spread the snowflake beef slices flat.
4.
Fry on medium heat → until both sides turn light gray.
5.
Stir the shredded onion and beef slices → remove from the heat and put on the plate → sprinkle an appropriate amount of cooked sesame seeds when eating.
