Korean Roasted Pork Belly
1.
Frozen the pork belly and cut into even thin slices.
2.
Pour the marinade into the pork belly and knead evenly.
3.
Add the garlic slices and stir well.
4.
Put the meat in the fresh-keeping box, close the lid, and put it in the refrigerator to make sure.
5.
Unfold the pork belly slices and place them in the frying basket of the air fryer.
6.
Start the air fryer and select 180 degrees for 6 minutes.
Tips:
1. The pork belly can be rolled up and frozen, or laid flat and frozen, the length and shape of the cut will be different. Unfrozen meat is soft and hard to cut. A ceramic knife is best for meat cutting.
2. Make the meat evenly colored, and the seasoning can be very tasty.
3. The marinade I used is Daxida's spicy marinade, which is really delicious, not spicy at all, but a bit sweet and has a Korean taste.
