Korean Soy Sauce

We soak the soybeans a few hours in advance.

Wash repeatedly. If this is not washed, it will affect the taste for a while.

Put half a pot of water in the pot, pour the soybeans and cook for 20 minutes.

Add soy sauce and cook.

Add sugar and Korean syrup. Cook while stirring. If there is no Korean syrup, we can use honey instead.

Finally, we put a little canola oil. Turn off the heat and let it cool naturally, sprinkle some white sesame seeds, and stir.

Just let it cool and you can eat it, it's very delicious.
Tips:
The soybeans must be cooked thoroughly. Be sure to soak in advance.
