Korean Spicy Hot Pot Noodles

Prepare ingredients: slice pork belly; wash kelp shreds; wash enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts, spinach, and shiitake mushrooms; cut kimchi; cut thick slices of tofu and set aside.

Place the noodles in a pot of boiling water, cook until 6 minutes cooked, remove and cool, set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, add the pork belly when it is 50% hot, and fry until golden and oily.

Add kimchi and fry for 3 minutes.

Pour in clear rice soup or wash rice water.

Add shredded kelp, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, enoki mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the soybean paste, chili sauce and beef noodles and cook for a while.

Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, add bean sprouts and spinach, add light soy sauce, and boil out of the pot.

Fill the bowl! Drop half a spoon of sesame oil, wow! It smells so good! My LG bought a lot of ingredients this morning and let me make them again tonight.
