Korean Spicy Sauce Beef Pizza

Ready to make pizza dough-dumpling flour. (Dumpling flour is actually all-purpose flour. I want to eat the excess dumpling flour at home, so I use this. Normally, all-purpose flour is fine)

Put flour and eggs in the bowl

Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and a small amount of water

Using chopsticks, stir the noodles clockwise while kneading

Knead all the dry flour into the dough to form a smooth round dough. (Lazy people don’t need to knead it too smoothly, just knead it into my picture. After experimentation, it doesn’t matter if you do this, it saves time)

Cover the bowl with a wet towel, place it in a warm place (such as near a heater), and ferment for 20-30 minutes

When the dough is fermented to twice the size of the original dough, and when you see that there are many small pores in the dough, it will be fermented

Divide the dough evenly into 6 small balls the size of golf balls. (This is the amount of pizza for one person, if you want to make a big pizza, you can ignore this step)

Use your hands to press the small dough into a shape that is thin in the middle and thick on both sides

Use a fork to make a small hole in the pizza dough

Line the baking tray with tin foil and apply a small amount of olive oil

Place the pizza dough on the baking tray, ready to put in the oven. (At this point, you can also directly sprinkle pizza ingredients and put them into the oven, the effect is better. Meng Xiaochu makes a lot of pizza embryos to store, so only the embryos are baked in the oven)

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes

The pizza dough is ready. (You can make more at a time. After baking, put it in the refrigerator and keep it for 1 month. Just sprinkle pizza ingredients into the oven and bake it when you eat it)
