Korean Spicy Seafood Noodle

Tips:
1. Boil the noodles until they are half-cooked and remove the shower water to make the noodles taste better and stronger;
2. Carrots can be used with care and tricks. If it is troublesome, just slice or shred them directly;
3. Seafood can be changed according to personal taste, adding abalone, clams, etc.;
4. The mussels must be added together with the cooled broth, otherwise the mussels will not open their mouths.
