Korean Style Hot Pot

Wash enoki mushrooms, lotus root slices, bean sprouts, vegetables, mushrooms, and shrimps separately

If you like dipping, you can make a little dipping. I like it simpler. Take a small bowl, add two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of balsamic vinegar, add chopped green onion and garlic, add a little sesame oil, and a spoonful of sesame sauce.

Stir it a little bit, you can add a slice of cheese to the Shin Ramen, but I think it’s easier to get fat by eating cheese, so I didn’t add it.
