Korean Style Mentai

Wash the mentai. Make a cross cut. Put the oil and sugar in the pan and fry the fish until the two sides are slightly yellow. Take out the fish again.

Add ginger slices to the pot. Garlic cloves. Salt, soy sauce. chili sauce. Fry it. Then add water to put the fried fish in. Cook for about fifteen minutes

When there is not much water left in the pot. Take the fish out and serve it on the plate. Put the green chilies in the soup and heat it for a minute, and pour the juice from the pot on the fish.
Tips:
Must be authentic Korean chili sauce. I use the bird in the forest
