Soak dried platycodons in water overnight in advance

Rub the soaked platycodon vigorously with salt to remove the bitterness
3.
Stir 2 tablespoons of Korean hot sauce
4.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds
5.
Put it in the crisper and pickled for a few hours before you can eat
Tips:
Rubbing platycodon with salt repeatedly can remove the bitterness of platycodon itself
