Platycodon grandiflorum, the root can be used as medicine, can also be pickled into pickles, known as "Goubao" pickles in Northeast China. In the Korean peninsula, Yanbian region of China, platycodon grandiflorum is a well-known kimchi ingredient, and the local folk song "Baijiuyao" describes this plant. Based on the name alone, some people will mistakenly think that platycodon is the stem of oranges, but in fact it has no direct relationship with oranges or citrus. I have always loved platycodons, but they are all finished products purchased from outside. The taste is even better than the takeaway food~! ~! ~

Platycodon

1. Soak dried platycodons at night

2. Get up early and rub with salt, then wash off the salt
