Goubao Pickles

1. Dried platycodon ready to soak

2. Soak in cold water

3. Soak and pick the silk

4. After picking all the silk, continue to soak for 3 days, changing the water several times in between.

5. Just fish out without dripping, don't control it dry.

6. Add salt, fish sauce, monosodium glutamate and sugar, and mix well.

7. Put chili noodles

8. Continue to stir evenly and marinate for more than two hours to taste.

9. Add sesame seeds

Tips:

Although the time is a bit long, it's worth it. No bitterness, slightly spicy and salty, delicious and refreshing. Mainly made by yourself, real materials, rest assured.
