Korean Sweet and Spicy Soba Noodles

Finely chop onion and carrot.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of Korean hot sauce, half a bowl of water, and simmer over high heat.

Add a spoonful of sugar, a small amount of salt to taste, and cook until the soup thickens.

Drain the soba noodles over boiling water and then add ice water.
