Korean Tender Tofu Soup
1.
Ingredients: soft tofu, radish, onion, garlic, red pepper, canned chicken, egg, enoki mushroom, small pumpkin. The canned chicken here can be replaced with other meats, or even canned tuna. It is delicious if you make it according to your taste.
2.
The onion, garlic and radish are frothed with a blender.
3.
Add the soft tofu and a spoonful of soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for more than 30 minutes.
4.
It is said on the Internet that this is a traditional Korean practice, but I asked Zhuzhu that it is usually made into blocks, but it is really tasty.
5.
Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut the pumpkin into the shape you like, and cut the red pepper into circles.
6.
Pour the chicken in when the oil is hot, add chili powder and stir fry.
7.
After a little stir-frying, the red oil will come out.
8.
Add the marinated tofu and mix well.
9.
Add the right amount of water, cover the tofu and it's almost done.
10.
When the tofu soup is boiling, add salt and appropriate amount of soy sauce, and then add small pumpkin.
11.
Put the enoki mushrooms and chili rings last, and add the egg liquid before turning off the heat.
12.
When eating, it is poured directly on white rice, which is warm and fragrant.
Tips:
1. The onions, radishes and garlic cloves should be frothed with a cooking machine to prepare soft tofu, which can make the tofu more rich and tender.
2. You can add your favorite meat, such as beef, seafood, etc.
3. Be sure to serve with rice when you eat~
