Korean Vegetarian Bibimbap

Put the dried whitebait and dried seaweed into the water and boil it into a stock, which is used to cook rice.

Cut red bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and carrots into shreds. In a frying pan, add shredded red pepper, zucchini, onion, mushroom and carrot, add a little salt and fry them separately, and set aside for later use.
