1. Ingredients.

2. Defrost and wash the krill, add salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and set aside.

3. Add water to the special powder for rice rolls.

4. Mix well.

5. The plates are oiled, I don’t have a steamed rice roll plate, I use a baking plate.

6. Pour the flour paste, add krill and chopped green onions.

7. Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 3 minutes.

8. Roll up along one side.

9. Heat cooking oil, add light soy sauce, sugar, and a little water to boil, pour it on the rice rolls and start it!

Tips:

You don’t need to pour too much syrup in each plate.
The steamed rice rolls should be rolled from the side without fillings.
