Kun Bo Casserole Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Prepare all ingredients and tools.

Wash the sweet potatoes and wipe dry with kitchen paper.

Put the grill in the pan.

Spread tin foil on the grill and cover the casserole. Fold the excess tin foil on the outside of the pot.

Put the washed sweet potatoes in it.

Cover the pot, place it on the gas stove, turn on high heat, and cook for 15 minutes.

Then turn down the heat, open the lid, and turn the sweet potatoes over.

Cover the lid again and let it heat for 20 minutes on medium-to-low heat. Use chopsticks to insert the sweet potato and turn off the heat, and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Tips:
1 The sweet potato I chose is a bit bigger, and the sweet potato should be the same size and slightly smaller, so that it is ripe and saves time. The roasting time can be adjusted according to the size of the sweet potato.
2 To choose Kunbo casserole, only Kunbo casserole can be used for dry boiling and rapid cooling without breaking
3 The new casserole can be used directly for grilling.
4 The casserole after boiling the soup must be thoroughly dried before it can be used for grilling, otherwise the glaze inside the casserole may be damaged. Thorough drying methods: one is to wash it upside down and let it dry naturally, which takes about ten days; the other is to expose it to the sun, which takes about three days.
