Kung Pao Chicken

Dice chicken, add starch, cooking wine, salt and marinate for 20 minutes. Dice cucumbers and carrots. Wash the alcoholic peanuts with hot water and drain the water.

Put the carrots in cold water and cook for five minutes, remove and set aside

Add oil to the hot pot, add pepper, dried chili, green onions, ginger and stir fragrant after the oil is hot

Add chicken and stir fry

Add cucumber and carrot and stir fry

Add peanuts before cooking and sauté until fragrant
Tips:
Peanuts can be bought directly from alcoholic peanuts, and chicken breasts or thighs are used for chicken.
