Laba Beans Mixed with Bitter Gourd

Prepare ingredients: Laba beans, bitter gourd, green onion;

Wash the bitter gourd, remove the seeds and flesh, slice, salt and marinate for 5 minutes;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and fry Laba Beans;

Add green onion and sauté until fragrant;

Boil the water, add bitter gourd slices, and cook; PS: Take it out immediately when it is cooked, don't cook it for too long;

Tips:
1. Bitter melon can be pickled with salt to remove the bitterness;
2. Bitter gourd can be fished out after it is cooked.
3. Labadou is saltier, so less salt should be added;
4. Bitter melon mixed with olive oil is more refreshing.
