Laba Congee

Prepare red beans, black beans, pinto beans, and peas.

Prepare wheat kernels, buckwheat, corn shreds, and oats.

Prepare peanuts, lotus seeds, sorghum rice, and white sesame seeds.

Prepare rice and soybeans.

Soak various beans for 3-4 hours in advance. Wash the wheat kernels and buckwheat and put them in a casserole together.
