Ingredients

Laba Congee

1. The coix seed is washed and cleaned.

2. Wash the black beans.

3. The sorghum is washed clean.

4. The buckwheat is washed clean.

5. Millet is washed clean.

6. The rice is washed clean.

7. peanut.

8. Lotus seeds.

9. Red dates.

10. raisin.

11. Wolfberry.

12. crystal sugar.

13. Sorghum, lotus seeds, and black beans are harder and can be soaked for 1-2 hours in advance.

14. Wash all the ingredients and pour them into a casserole with plenty of water. Don't add cold water in the middle, or boil on high fire.

15. Just let it boil for two hours.
