Lace Mustard Roll
1.
Guanli sweet mustard, carrots, green peppers, and ham are set aside. (Guanli mustard has: sweet, medium spicy, you can choose according to your personal taste) This time I used sweet mustard to make a sweet and salty lace roll.
2.
Filling production: ham, carrots, green peppers were cut into thin strips.
3.
Blanch the carrots in a pot of boiling water to soften them. Finally, add the green pepper shreds and scald them to remove the cold water. Drain the water and set aside.
4.
Then pour into shredded ham and add sweet mustard.
5.
Pour in a few drops of sesame oil, a little light soy sauce, and stir well for later use.
6.
Lace production: one egg into the basin.
7.
Add salt, beat up, add milk and mix well.
8.
Sift in low-gluten flour.
9.
After mixing, the silk will flow down smoothly, and the lines will not disappear in a second or two. Put it into a piping bag and cut a small opening.
10.
Preheat the pan on the lowest heat (no need to brush oil) and squeeze out the paste in circles. Try to make it as dense as possible without leaving too much space.
11.
After a minute, it was completely solidified. Take out the lace cake and place it on the pallet.
12.
Put the prepared filling on one end.
13.
Press tightly to roll up, cut into sections and put on a plate.
14.
Sprinkle sweet mustard on the surface and enjoy the deliciousness.
15.
Fresh and sweet, rich in taste, pleasing to the eye!
16.
Finished picture.
Tips:
Sweet mustard is not glutinous, it has a slightly sweet taste and tastes good. The batter should not be too thin or too thick. The water absorption of different flours is different. If it is thin, add noodles, or add milk if it is thick. Make sure to have a low heat during the production process. The lace is very thin and thin and easy to cook to avoid the fire. The filling can be replaced with other fillings as you like. Remember to wrap the filling without moisture.
