Lamb Liver
1.
A piece of freshly boiled lamb liver.
2.
Cut the lamb liver into slices.
3.
Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and spread it with water.
4.
Adjust your favorite sauce, this sauce: soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili oil, mustard oil, garlic, red pepper diced, mix thoroughly and pour it.
Tips:
The lamb liver must be fresh, and the juice can be adjusted according to my taste.
