Lamb Meatballs and Winter Melon Soup

Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh, wash and cut into small pieces.

Add a little soy sauce, pepper, chicken essence, water, and salt to the lamb stuffing. Stir in one direction to make it strong. Add the chopped green onion and ginger, and mix well with a few drops of sesame oil.

Put a proper amount of water in a pot on the fire, add the winter melon after the water is boiled, boil for a few minutes and then change the fire to a low heat to start the meatballs. I made the balls with a small spoon.

After the meatballs are cooked, turn off the heat, add a few drops of sesame oil, and sprinkle with coriander to serve.
