I left a little lamb and greens after eating hot pot last night, haha~ it just fits my breakfast alone-lamb noodle soup.

Lamb Noodle Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, (the lamb is leftover from the previous night, and the taste has been adjusted. If it is fresh, add salt, oil, sugar, cornstarch, oil, and garlic sprouts to marinate)

2. Boil a pot of boiling water, turn a little salt, and cook the cake below 9 mature

3. At the same time, start another pot of hot oil to incite shredded ginger

4. Pour hot water to boil

5. Add the lamb slices, do not turn the lamb before it changes color, cook for about 2 minutes until cooked

6. Slim remove the drained water and put it in a bowl

7. Add a little oil to the noodle soup and boil the lettuce for 30 seconds

8. Remove and put on the noodles

9. Pour all the cooked mutton soup into a bowl, ready to eat

Tips:

The noodles are cooked with a little salt, and the noodles are stronger. Boil the vegetables with a little oil to help the cooked vegetables remain green
