Lamb Noodles

Soak the lamb in water for a while, change the water several times in between, drain the blood, and prepare the other ingredients.

Slice the lamb, put a small amount of corn oil in the pan, sauté the scallion, ginger and garlic, put the lamb, stir fry, the meat is fried to get the oil, put some cooking wine.

Tips:
1. Do not slice the mutton too thin. If it is thin and dry, it will affect the taste. 2. Do not simmer for too long. The mutton is prone to rotten, and the meat will become tight if it takes too long.
