Ginkgo is eaten bowl by bowl for us, and there is no poisoning, so feel free to learn to do it, haha!
The sweetness of roasted lamb and the crisp taste after adding horseshoes make this dessert not too greasy!

Lamb Roasted Ginkgo

1. After removing the shell, boil the ginkgo, peeled and cored, soak in water for 8 hours, change the water more to remove the bitter taste. ps: I bought it and processed it.

2. Prepare sugar.

3. Peeled horseshoe.

4. Dice or slice the horseshoe.

5. Add half a bowl of water to the pot, then put all the ingredients in.

6. Bring to a boil on high heat, then cook on medium and low heat until the ginkgo is transparent

Tips:

Horseshoes can also be added halfway to keep the crispy texture. A lot of sugar will make the taste of ginkgo Q points.
