Lamb Stew with Radish (automatic Cooking Pot)

Prepare carrots and blanched lamb.

Peel the radish, wash, and cut into pieces with a hob.

Put the lamb into the automatic cooking pot.

Add ginger, green onions and cinnamon.
5.
Add cooking wine.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water and cover the pot.
7.
Press the "Meat" function key to start the automatic cooking program.

Open the lid.

Put down the radish.
10.
Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add salt, chicken essence, and pepper.
12.
Add some chopped green garlic.
Tips:
1. Add enough water at once.
2. You can skim off some slick oil before eating.
