Lanzhou Authentic Beef Noodle Soup

Wash beef and beef bones with clean water, and then soak for at least 4 to 5 hours. I soaked all night, changing the water in between

Rinse the seasoning with water and put it in the seasoning bag for later use

Cut the beef into pieces. Put the beef bones into a hot water pot. After the high heat is boiled, skim off the foam, add the seasoning bag, and simmer for 2 hours. The meat is cooked, remove, let it cool and cut. Ding for use

After the bones continue to simmer in the pot for 2 hours, turn off the heat and take out the seasoning packet

Wash coriander and green garlic, chopped

One white radish, cut into fan-shaped slices, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, and cool in cold water to remove the peculiar smell of radish

In another pot, add the boiled beef broth, add the cooled white radish slices, cook until soft, add salt and set aside

Boil a pot of boiling water in a boiling pot, add the noodles, and remove after cooking. Add beef broth, sliced radish, sprinkle beef cubes, chopped green garlic, and chopped parsley, and add oil to your preference.
