Lao Gan Ma Stir-fried Cauliflower
1.
First cut the cauliflower into small pieces (small tree shape)
2.
Since it is raw, it is not easy to fry, so burn the cauliflower that has just been cut. Pour water into the pot and turn on the cauliflower
3.
While burning the cauliflower, cut the sausage into thin slices, and cut it into an oval shape at an angle for aesthetics.
4.
After cutting the sausage, remove the cauliflower and pour oil into the pot (low fire)
5.
Pour three kinds of ingredients into the pot (sequence: cauliflower---sausage---Lao Ganma) and you can happily cook out
Tips:
1. The cauliflower pot that has just been cooked must be wiped clean with a paper towel and then put the oil, or it will explode (you can change the pot yourself, local tyrant students);
2. Lao Gan Ma is more spicy, so I only put a spoonful... the classmates I like can put more according to personal taste;
3. It doesn't take too long to cook the cauliflower. At my speed, it's almost after the sausage is cut.
